The founder of the restaurant, Stefan, is a well-known singer in Estonia, whose passion for food began in childhood, when he spent summers at his father's restaurant in Viljandi, working there and learning about the nuances of the food world. That's where his love for cooking comes from. After a summer food truck serving shashlik, Stefan decided to create a permanent place to offer authentic Caucasian dishes, focusing on grilled meat and fresh taste experiences.
