Marine lipid oil from new zealand green-lipped mussels (perna canaliculus) 50mg
Also contains natural mono-unsaturated olive oil 100mg, and vitamin e (d-alpha-tocopherol) as antioxidant 0.225mg
Directions
Adults - initially, take 2 to 4 capsules per day (1 to 2 capsules in the morning and 1 to 2 capsules at night, with meals) for approximately 3 to 6 weeks after which the dose may be reduced to 1 to 2 capsules per day for joint care.
Children 3 to 12 years old - take 3 capsules daily for 3 weeks and reduce to 1 or 2 capsules daily thereafter. Take with meals.
